These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by SiteVerus Pty Ltd (ABN 82 689 539 099, Tas Electrical Contractor Licence 920209012) (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide electrical, connectivity, and related contracting services as described on our website or in written quotes.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   
• Prices may change if project requirements are altered after acceptance.
   
• GST (if applicable) will be clearly shown on invoices.
   

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.
   
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.
   

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Late payments may attract interest charges permitted under Tasmanian law.
   

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by external factors outside our control (e.g. NBN or Starlink outages).
   
• Liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the service, to the extent permitted by law.
   

• All work complies with Tasmanian electrical regulations and standards.
   
• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied parts and equipment.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Disputes will be subject to Tasmanian courts.
