We’re based in Hobart and service Southern Tasmania, with the ability to travel statewide for larger projects. 

Yes — we provide NBN rectifications, relocations, and fibre works for domestic and light commercial clients. 

Yes — we install and configure Starlink systems, including relocations and compliance checks. 

Yes — we coordinate with licensed refrigeration partners for split and ducted installs, and handle all electrical tie-ins and servicing. 

Yes — we install and service motors, pumps, instrumentation, and process controls, including VSDs and loop checks. 

Yes — we install both manual and automatic changeover switches (ATS) and ensure compliance testing. 

Yes — we provide workplace electrical safety compliance to AS/NZS 3760, including verification of test equipment. 

Yes — we complete civil pit & pipe works, trenching, conduit runs, and asbestos pit replacements on private property.

Yes — we provide same-day written quotes. For complex jobs, photos or a site visit may be required. 

For most services we require either a deposit or full payment at booking. All work is invoiced with GST included.

• Emergency call-outs & small jobs → payable on the day of service.
   
• Larger projects → standard terms of 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Yes — larger jobs (e.g. switchboards, generators, HVAC) require a deposit. The balance is due on completion. 

 Yes — you can pay securely online:

• Through our online bookings system (Square) at the time of booking.
   
• Via Stripe from the invoice link we send you.
   

We also accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, and cash.

Yes — travel is charged per km or per hour where applicable. Materials are supplied at cost plus 15% handling. 

Yes — SiteVerus Pty Ltd is a licensed electrical contractor in Tasmania (Contractor Licence: 920209012) and carries $10M public liability insurance. 

Yes — all work is carried out to Australian Standards and comes with a workmanship guarantee. Product warranties are honoured as supplied by manufacturers. 

We follow WHS requirements, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and compliance testing on every job. 

Yes — SiteVerus provides comprehensive compliance documentation in line with Tasmanian regulations and Australian Standards. Depending on the project, this may include:

• Certificates of Electrical Compliance for prescribed electrical works.
   
• Inspection & Test Records (ITRs)
   
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure works meet client and regulatory requirements.
   
• Operating Test Procedures (OTPs) for system commissioning and verification.
   
• QA documentation such as SWMS, risk registers, equipment registers, test and tag registers, incident reports, and MDR/turnover packs for industrial/commercial handovers.
   

All documentation is issued digitally (PDF) and can be submitted directly to clients, builders, or regulators.

Yes — we operate a subcontractor model for specialist trades, ensuring flexibility and expertise across disciplines. 

All subcontractors must hold their own public liability insurance, trade licences, white cards, and personal accident/income protection cover. 

We currently work with subcontractors, but we are building toward taking on apprentices and direct employees in the future.
